Bass Fly-Fishing 101: The Accelerated Course

Designed to quickly teach intermediate and advanced fly anglers the tools of fly-fishing for bass, this class will teach you what you need to know to hook that trophy largemouth!

What you’ll learn:
  • Casting in structure
  • Flies
  • Knots
  • Where bass live
  • What bass eat
  • Reading the water
  • Moon phase relationship
  • Water temperature relationship


The day:
  • Classes will meet at a location to be announced, near Lake Hodges, which is near Escondido, California (click HERE for a map)
  • Start: 07:00 am
  • End: 01:00pm
  • One 6-hour classroom session covering all of the above-mentioned points
  • Students will need to bring their own lunch and snacks
  • After class, you can rent a boat and get some "hands on" practice!


Included:
  • All rods, reels, lines, leaders and flies will be provided for student's use during the class
  • Drinks (non-alcoholic)

  • $75.00 per student (6 students minimum, 12 student maximum)
